This is the first paintings in which Anna began layering colors upon colors.  Many patrons to the gallery have noticed this particular one, noting how she has a translucent color appeal to it. 

When she created this painting, I had been working on a series of Tree People paintings which inspired her to create Hearty.  Predominately acrylic, she did begin this painting in marker, which does show through the painted surface.

This is a Deep Edge Canvas measuring 1 1/2 in depth, 18 by 24 inches.  I have also placed the necessary hanging wire on the back, you'll just need a nail/hook to hang.
